Ishtar has recently graduated from the academy at the age of 12. He lives in the village hidden in the elements. His jutsu consists of lesser fire bullets that he can shoot from his mouth and small water bullets. He has black hair and blue eyes and has acquired his very own sword from Sagara, the Taokage. His swords name is Butaiken literally meaning Elemental Sword.
Description: Blue eyes, spiked black hair.

Katsuro

To be revealed later on. He also likes to drink liqueur in a flask.

Kejon

Spoiler:

Kejon is the rank of jonin and has privileges of having his own 3 man squad, including Ishtar. He is 30 years old with blonde hair. He sort of has this thing going on with Hugh. Both personal and non-personal. He has a sword named Kinbu, his brother Keo was killed by a mysterious man.
Description: Spiked blonde hair, wears a tao jonin vest. It is blue in color.

The Village hidden in the elements

This village has no barrier to keep intruders out.

Mugendai Karuto

The Mugendai Karuto, literally meaning "Infinity Cult."

Mikomi

Spoiler:

Hotheaded? Cheerful 11 year old girl who graduated from the ninja academy. She is learning medical ninjutsu. She also has her pink hair done up in a bun twist with emerald eyes.

Lilina

Spoiler:

She is 11 and she has a big crush on Ishtar, Her weapon is a steel bow with some arrows. Like Mikomi and Ishtar, she is placed in Kejon's squad. She has long purple hair, and pupiless amber eyes, favorite color is green.

Sagara

The sixth taokage of the elemental village, He has unreal ability in many varieties of elements.

Raiku

Spoiler:

The taokage's assistant, He is also his student, he has started to train Ishtar on how to wield Butaiken.

Kai

Spoiler:

Kai is Raiku's little brother. He is 13 years of age with messy black hair and red eyes.

Toshiro

Spoiler:

He is from the Mugendai Karuto. Toshiro loves to fight. He lives to battle and defeat opponents. Hence the quote: "Man, I am itching to fight!"

Puppet Master Zack

Spoiler:

Zack has been shown to have a mummy wrapped in bandages on the dining room table of the Mugendai Karuto. Not much is known about this puppetmaster.

Naraku

Spoiler:

Naraku appeared to be looking for something.......or someone. His abilities can consist of moving objects on will, wielding a sword, absorbing jutsu and using genjutsu by placing his hand on top of a victim's head, thus taking over the mind. he wears shades, a hood and his mouth is wrapped in bandages.

Queen (of the darkness)

Queen seems like a twisted person at first, she's not that bad a person once you get to know her. The other members of the Mugendai Karuto has gotten used to her twisted personality, but they know deep inside she is pretending.

Akio, Lord of puppets

He rivals Zack wirh puppetry.

Akasun

She acts like the servant for the cult, yet she is still the same rank as the other members.

Hugh

Spoiler:

Little is known about this cheery 29 year old female. She has short spiky brown hair with blue eyes, She has been known to harden her skin so far, She is also Naraku's partner, Or as she likes to call him, "Partner in crime".

Kitsune

She is a female, The newest addition to the Mugendai Karuto.

"Tanoth"

Spoiler:

No one knows his real name, "Tanoth" is actually his codename that he lives by. He literally hides within peoples shadows without being detected.

Zero

Spoiler:

A spiky blonde haired man with a skull dragon mask on with red glowing eye sockets and two protruding horns. The mysterious leader of the Mugendai Karuto. All cult members wear black robes with flame designs at the bottom of it. Only the zealots have the additional hoods. Normal cult members wear red robes. Zero, the leader wears a purple jewel embedded cloak.

Hana

Blue eyes with black hair. She is Ishtar's mother, wears an apron

Sosuke

Ishtar's father has brown hair and blue eyes, also wears glasses.

Emina Kami

Emina hails from the Kami Clan of the village hidden in the water. She had stolen the comb of transformation and fled the place she used to call home. The Kami clan has been exterminated by an unknown wanderer. She is classified as a missing nin
