A Biography and Background on the Tasogare Clan

Note: This has NOTHING to do with the War System. It is just an RP Based description on the Tasogare Clan.

The Beginning of the Tasogare Clan

Long ago, when the Hidden Villages were still being created within the 5 Great Nations, lived a woman called Choten Tasogare. She was an ordinary woman, traveling from Village to Village, as she had lost her first home to a raging fire set by an enemy of her people. Most people would swear vengeance on those who decimated their home, their people, but not Choten. She made a promise to herself, that if ever anyone was in need or in trouble, she would help them without a second thought, no matter who they were, or what they were like. Rich, poor, old, young, it didn't matter to her. A living being was a living being.

One day, during what was planned as just a normal day of travel, Choten stumbled upon something that sent sadness through every fiber of her being. A mob had gathered up along the edge of a forest she was passing by, equipped with swords, shields, bows, and flaming torches, yelling and screaming incoherently. When she began to walk closer, in an attempt to find out what was going on, and possibly calm them down, they charged into the forest, cutting at trees, burning bushes, leaving destruction in their path. It took only a few minutes before Choten reached the edge of the forest, stepping through the perimeter without a second thought.

All she expected to hear was a bunch of yelling and screaming, as well as the people of the mob yelling curses as they violated the land, but what she ended up hearing sent chills down her spine. Loud roars of a creature that seemed to be in pain made her move faster towards the mob, hoping to be able to reach them in time to save the poor beast. What she saw when she reached them was the villagers throwing spears, moving up close with swords and shields, shooting flaming arrows at what seemed to be.... A dragon? Could what she was seeing be real? That's when she was given proof.

The dragon, obviously in a great deal of pain let out a powerful roar, sending shock waves through the air. It swept it's tail around, and soon enough, the villagers became too frightened to continue, and fled from the spot. The dragon fell to the ground as soon as they were gone, and for a moment, Choten looked at it from behind a large tree. The people had done great damage to the creature, and it pained her heart to see it in such distress. Stepping out from behind the tree, she slowly moved towards the dragon, her hands up to show that she meant no harm. The dragon growled at her, thinking that she was there to finish the job. Assuring it that she only wished to help, the dragon sensed a kindness in her heart, and let it's guard down.

For the next several weeks, Choten stayed with the dragon to tend to it. She cleaned and dressed it's many wounds as best she could, she tried to build it a shelter, and even searched for food and brought water to the dragon so that it would be as comfortable as possible. Not sure whether she had been able to save it, Choten did everything she could, and the dragon felt indebted to her for saving it's life. To thank her, it taught her it's secrets, granting her the ability to manipulate water like it was able to, even allowing her the ability to summon it and it's kind if ever she were in need. Thus, the Tasogare Clan's Mizushushou was born, as was their strong connection with the dragons, and ever since Choten, the dragons have had a special place in their hearts for the Clan who's founder saved their ancestor, who still lives on today.

The Skills of the Tasogare Clan.

Ever since the Great Water Dragon passed it's abilities down to Choten Tasogare, the Founder of the Tasogare Clan, it's members have been renowned throughout the world, legendary for their incredible abilities and techniques. Not only do they have a great mastery over water that rivals the Second Hokage, Toshirama Senju, but they are also able to manipulate the other states of matter that water can be changed into. This allows them to control liquid water, steam/mist, and ice in any way that they can think of. This grants them the ability to be very diverse in fighting with water.

Their techniques do not only have to do with their Kekkei Genkai, the Mizushushou. They also have a wide array of specialties and secret techniques. They are incredibly skilled in controlling their Chakra. This comes almost naturally to them, since using the Mizushushou requires the user to manipulate their Chakra fluidly and freely. Thanks to this incredible Chakra control, they are incredibly skilled with Genjutsu, being able to identify and dispel it with almost no thought, and are able to cast Genjutsu that are incredibly lifelike. They are also skilled in the art of Sealing Techniques, being able to look break a Seal easily, as long as they are able to identify it.

Some members are also very skilled in Medical Ninjutsu, and act as the doctors for the traveling Clan. Though most of the Tasogare Clan are fighters, and are taught basic Medical Ninjutsu, the few who base their studies around Medical Ninjutsu can rival even Lady Tsunade or Sakura Haruno. Not only are their Ninjutsu and Genjutsu well developed, they also have a very unique Taijutsu style that is hard to master if attempted by someone outside of the Clan. It doesn't have a name, but it requires the user to be adept in controlling their Chakra to help with the loosening and stretching of muscles, as it is a very acrobatic fighting style.

The Dragons

Ever since Choten saved the Master Dragon of Water, the Clan has owned a Sacred Scroll that only the most gifted of members have been able to use, let alone see. The Scroll is a Summoning Contract that ties the Tasogare Clan with the Dragons of Water, and when signed, gives the Clan member the ability to use the Summoning Technique to bring the Dragons to their aid. Each Dragon is different, as all people are different, but the one thing they share in common is the ability to manipulate Water, just as the members of the Tasogare Clan are able to, as well as their ability to fly.

When a member signs the contract, they are, in a way, 'assigned' a specific Dragon that they are able to summon, though there are also numerous other Dragons that are able to be summoned, such as Warrior Dragons, Healer Dragons, etc. The one Dragon that the member is 'assigned', however, acts as their Dragon Partner, and if the Dragon and Tasogare Clan member are unable to work together properly, no matter what the reason, the member of the Clan has their Kekkei Genkai 'revoked' by the Dragons as punishment. Due to this risk, the Summoning Contract is not taken lightly, and is held in high regards.

When it comes to the Master Dragon, however, only the Head of the Clan is able to summon her, and there are two very important reasons why. The first reason is that summoning her can be incredibly dangerous to the ecosystem. Just her presence can affect the weather, and even throw off the balance of the location she is summoned to. The second reason is that she will only cooperate with the Head of the Clan, as they have proven to be capable and worthy of her respect, due to being the chosen leader of their Clan.

Secret Clan Techniques

The Tasogare Clan are well versed in every type of Technique, from Taijutsu to Medical Ninjutsu, though each members likes and specialties differ. One thing that is true for all is that they have great skill and precision when it comes to Chakra Control, and on top of that, are incredibly skilled in the manipulation of anything water. Combining these two things granted them the ability to create a number of incredible water techniques that are only usable by the Tasogare Clan, as well as non water based techniques.

Secret Art: Water Stalking- This technique grants the user the ability to dissipate into a body of water, and become completely hidden within it. In a way, they 'become' the water.

Secret Art: Mist Suffocation- This technique allows the user to manipulate any mist that they create with their Mizushushou, and use it to suffocate their enemies from the inside.

Secret Art: Frozen Portal- This technique allows the user to place a frozen wall in front of themselves, and use it to freeze or absorb any C Rank or below Jutsu that is sent at them.

Secret Art: Fluid Disturbance- This medical technique grants the user the ability to manipulate the fluids within a person's body. This allows them to more easily stop blood flow and bleeding and the flow of poison through the person's body, among other things.

It's a Moonlight Village Clan xD I only put that it has nothing to do with WS because it's a FanFic Style Clan that's being described xD

the fighting style reminds me sorta of a gymastic/kungfu/tye-chi/dance/ice skateing/swimming where you make those flips and pattern's in the water (I forgot whatit's called but the word is on the tip of my tounge and i can't remember it `o.o")/Ty-lee from avatar.
