Lightning Blade was rumored to have cut a bolt of lightning in half, but that was just a rumor; we've never seen it actually do that. And did you see what Kirin did to the place Sasuke and Itachi were fighting on?! It was completely demolished by Kirin, while Lightning Blade is only capable of killing one person. With the damage Kirin did, it could've possibly killed anyone who was in the vicinity even if Kirin wasn't indeed for them.

Kakashi cutting through lightning is mere hyperbole. Until I see a feat of Kakashi doing much more than wall busting with Lightning Blade, I highly doubt that it can do anything to a hill busting Kirin.

Mountain busting is pushing it a bit.

I would say hill buster is more reasonable, otherwise that means Kirin is as powerful as Hachibi, and from what I saw it isn't.

Lighting blade has no chance. Its a jab and meant to be target by one person. Kirin is a spammed attack that can hit mutil points and targets. No chance in HELL that LB can keep up with it.

by feats, probaly not, but he could stay alive with two raikiris in both hands
