Can you prove they counter Itachi's Tsukuyomi, which is on a far greater level than anything either have encountered?

Not that it matters because even in the unlikely event that they can break out they won't be able to do so in the time it takes for Kisame to kill the crap out of them.

Sage jutsu gathers in Natural energy + Blocks out all other types, in this case Genjutsu

Danzo is Tsukuyomied before he even thinks about thinking about using SHisui's eye, which is covered by bandages anyway.

That's not proof. Show me proof that sage mode is immune to genjutsu.

Before or after Jiraiya gets Tsukuyomied and subsequently beheaded?

tsukuyomi wont last forever and it doesnt kill u. when Itachi is done useing it Jiraya will heal himself

It doesn't need to. Kisame kills them as I have already stated several times.

ok Itachi puts Jiraya in Tsuk, Kisame comes to kill him then... Danzo who is here will dispell the genjutsu OR attack Kisame

once the gen is done Jiraya uses Great ball rasengan + kills Itachi.

Danzo will need to release the seal first, and he'll be dead long before he does that unless you alter the rules so that Danzo can win, which I know you'll do.

Danzo is Tsukuyomied as well.

Once the gen is done Jiraiya will be dead.
