Who wins?

I know Raiton > Doton, but he would probably use Earth AND Water Styles to make Wood. I wonder if he can break wood with his Raiton armor powerup attacks?

By brute force, A, since he could break Susano'o's ribs and Susano'o's ribs are stronger than wood.

The battle takes place at the Kage summit, 100 feet away from eachother.

hashirama wins because of wood element, even if A can destroy wood he cant destroy it forever and because of that hashirama eventually wins

By feats, Hashirama? Please tell me you're joking? Wood Style would be smashed through easily by A and none of Hashiramas attacks are even nearly fast enough to keep up with the Raikage, including Wood Style.
Genjutsu won't do crap, not when A can blitz Hashirama.

Too bad hype doesn't count :/

I know, I just like saying that. xD I'll make a debate for the hell of it.

By feats, Raikage wins with ease. He's around mach 5 which is where hypersonic starts. As far as we can tell, there have been no attacks with enough speed feats to keep up with Raikage.

Raikage was able to put multiple flaws in Susano'o, so he definitely shows a lot of power feats.

If worst comes to worst, Raikage goes and does Raiton Armor and charges Hashirama with a few nice punches.

I'd say that a speedblitz would be enough to take out Hashirama.

So why does there even need to be a Ninja war?

If this thread is valid, then Raikage can just solo Madara and Sasuke, which is obviously not the case.

He's already soloed Sasuke. If he knew about Madara's weakness, he could solo Madara too.

Hashirama only has hype to deal with.

But from what we know, Hashirama has dealt with threats much more powerful than Raikage.

Somehow I doubt Madara and the Kyuubi are inferior to Raikage.
