Unlimited chakra vs. unlimited chakra draining. Hmmmm......this is difficult. Kisame will take out Lee, tenten, and Gai without much difficulty.

Well if things went far enough Kisame would use his water dome as a last resort. If he did that it would stop team guy's attacks cold. Plus the fact that fighting Kisame is just a bad as fighting a Jinchuriki. If not worse. I would say Kisame would come out on top.

Kisame is strong enough to force Gai into the sixth gate at thirty percent; So Gai stands no chance in a fight with the real Kisame. Ten ten stands no real chance, and lee is weaker than Gai. Overall, the only thing Kisame has to do is keep neji at a distance until he beats the rest of team gai.

Kisame uses Water Dome, GG.

Guy may have gates but if it took 6 Gates to kill 30% Kisame, then no way can Guy kill Kisame all out.

If Guy can't do it, neither can Lee.

Tenten is fodder.

It doesn't matter if Neji has unlimited chakra if he cannot do anything with it to kill Kisame. Sure, Kisame specializes in draining chakra, but he can also easily drown Neji or cut him up. It's not like Neji can move effectively in water.
