Well, I don't consider a chapter a real chapter unless it reaches 750 words. And even then, it really matters what type of writing you are doing, or if you make up for the shortness of the chapter with a long chapter later. If you are writing a shorter, possibly kid story. 10 or so chapters could suffice. If you are writing a longer story, then I would say you need 60-80 chapters like that.

I personally, normally write between 2,500-3,500 words per chapter. Though I have ventured between 750-42,500. Though the shorter chapters were a prologue and two normal chapters. Though I may change the two normal chapters and either combine them, or make them longer.

Most people use a short paragraph or two and call that a chapter, but I shouldn't talk as I pretty much do the same. :p

It's nice to see the chapters so long, I mean with proper grammar/spelling and that, I honestly say that it could be a real novel but I haven't actually read it, I just skimmed through it.

I try to make my chapters longer whenever I write a story but since I plan stuff out a little ahead of time I usually can't fit more into what I have already written, but you seem to cope pretty well.

Question: Are you copy/pasting this from somewhere or typing it all when you post?

If you keep pasting it, it should eventually work. Mine's been working on the first time usually for some reason.

What type of program are you typing on? (Microsoft Word, or....some other program that I can't think of right now)

The last time I tried to copy/paste something from Word, it cut off after the first couple paragraphs. This was about 8 months ago, so maybe they fixed it by now.
