I'd say Naruto because of 4 reasons:

1. I'm sure that Fukasaku and others have stated that Naruto has surpassed him.

2. Naruto's Sage Mode is more perfected than Jiraiya's was.

3. If 4 Tails could "almost kill" Jiraiya, wouldn't 6 Tails and up REALLY kill him?

Jiraiya was unable to kill Pain, and yet Naruto was. And in this case, Naruto didn't come up with some bullcrap hax like during the Haku, Neji, and Kakuzu battles, he ACTUALLY used some pretty good strategy and fighting skills!

Naruto easily. Sage Mode is better, Nine Tailed Fox (Six Tails) would really kill, and lots more reasons actually.

I'd say the match depend on who the frogs decide to help and if Naruto has any more clones with sage chakra.

Jiraya was Naruto's

Teacher, so Naruto probably

knew everything that Jiraya did in

general. Also Naruto's Sgae Mode was

better than Jiraya's. All that along with the

Nine-Tailed-Fox is just overkill. Naruto wins.
