Need more losses or wins for Kin? xD
But anyway Izumo wins this, Kin can't counter his sticky goo. xD Izumo held off against Kakuzu for a little amount of time. And has shown some better speed feats than Kin I believe.

I think Izumo can manage this, he could probably fool Kin into the syrup and hold off her needles with his kunai, he managed to fend off Kakuzu'z threads for a few moments.
