Shonen-Jump
So, a few days ago was that Free Comic Book day and I picked up the Shonen Jump special they had. I looked through it and it looked pretty interesting
Im just wondering what exactly does the full version of it have, and is it worth it to subscribe to it for a year? |
Re: Shonen-Jump
i just subscirbed to it. when i get my first issue i will let u know wat its like and if its any good

Re: Shonen-Jump
I subscribe to Shonen Jump and i think it's pretty good, even though they should serialize more chapters because the number of pages isn't enough to fill my manga-loving pallet.
If you subscribe to Shonen Jump, you'll be saving at around 50% of the normal cost. In Shonen Jump, there are about 7 series of manga inside, some month's issues might have previews of newer manga in the future. It also includes video & card game coverage (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Naruto, DBZ, etc.). It has a Nihongo (japanese) Lesson, Monthly manga releases, anime news, and other good stuff. So, basically, you should give Shonen Jump a try! |
Re: Shonen-Jump
Ohaky, Futago_101 you convinced me Ill give it a try. Ill probably buy two or three of them this summer and then if I like it subscribe to it in August. I hope its good.

Re: Shonen-Jump
I get Shonen Jump every month. It's awesome!!!
|
Re: Shonen-Jump
I went and picked up this months. It was only $4.99. I cant believe it is that cheap!

Re: Shonen-Jump
^Yep its pertty much the cheapest magazine you can get and it has like 300 pages so its a good deal. Did you read the Naruto card game manga chapter? I lol'd. I usually buy it every month because i cant afford the one time $29.95 payment for a subsription. Next time i get some extra money i might get a subscription besides i want to check out all the extra stuff that only subscribers can see on the SJ website. Oh one more thing, dont throw out the magazine when your done reading it. I keep them because i like to go back and read them. My friend gave me a bunch of old SJ mags from like 2004 and 2005, i still havent read them all.

Has One Piece been in Shonen Jump for years now, as well as Naruto? |
