EDIT: He still can't move and can only aim at one direction and that is very low.
Nigh Impossible taking aim there with such a impacting move without hurting himself.

No.... It's funny cause you guys overrate the DBZ characters during the Saiyan Saga but underrate them during Buu/Fusion Saga and in GT.

As retarded as this idea is...Nappa as a head alone....well he doesn't have energy to fire then if its just his head. I don't get w.t.f. you mean by just his head. Technically he would die.
Scientifically no one knows what someone can do with just their head, at least not a fictional character from planet Vegeta. So you might want to clarify OP, what exactly a head can do?
If he has all the strength of full Nappa, why not just say Nappa, but he only uses his head.

Well either way, I think Naruto universe can win this. Several characters in Naruto are supersonic and they can kill Nappa's head. Full Nappa will probably kill most of the Narutoverse of course, but just his head.... no that's just overrating early DBZ. A sharingan user could genjutsu him or deidara could blow him up. Oh or Gaara could sand burial his a$$....errr his head

It has the energy of Nappa, but not a tail to transfrom, hands to do normal Ki blasts, feet to run[he can fly] and he has more limited motion ect.
