REVISED Kekki Genkai (bloodline) CLOSED FOR NOW
 

EDIT: Registration closed till the battle system goes live. Any posts after closure will be approved/denied as soon as the battle system is in lace and the council frees up some time.

So we are revising exactly how we are running the Bloodline limits. Below is my post which was APPROVED by the council.

I wanted to give the original creators a chance to rewrite their stuff, instead of relying on me to do it. So here is the new system, those who want may post their revisions here. Otherwise I will be rewriting them for you sometime tomorrow. [May 13th]

This IS official so I am requesting a sticky for a day or two.

I will be closing this thread and rewriting any bloodlines as I see fit to conform to this system after 8PM May 13th Eastern time. Any submissions not redone by then will be done by me.

These are the 3 Kekkei Genkai of The Village Hidden Among the Towers
[spoiler:38ronyqb][1] Limbus Seperatus (Kekkei Genkai)
This bloodline abilty allows the user to seperate anybody part from the main body instantly and move it independantly. Higher level ninja can seperate more body parts at the same time. The only limitation is the user cannot cut the skull in half, but taking an ear off is possible. Body parts are still able to function if injured in the same way they could if they were attached.

Level 1: User can separate one limb.

Level 2: User can separate up to 3 limbs.

Level 3: User can separate infinite number of limbs, of varying sizes, ex: halves of fingers.

[2] Koutetsu no Hagane: (Kekkei Genkai)
This bloodline ability allows the user to cover themselves with a skin of steel armor. The armor is lightweight and allows them to still move around quickly, but is also extreemely strong. An advanced user can extend the steel skin onto objects, like weapons as long as they stay in contact with the object (this does not work on animals or other ninja). The only way to get rid of the armor is to melt it is with a level 5 fire Jutsu.

Level 1: user can cover two limbs with steel armor

Level 2: User can cover entire body with steel armor

Level 3: User can cover entire body with steel armor, and extend armor onto any inanimate object that they are in contact with.

[3] Wings of the Damned: (Kekkei Genkai)
This bloodline ability allows the user to grow two giant black wings. These wings are made of the ultimate corrosive acid that will burn through any object. By flapping the wings, the acid is launched at the enemy. The wings constantly drip the acid and lose their form, after enough time the wings disappear and the user becomes unable to move. The wings do not allow the user to fly.

Level 1: User can throw up to 3 acid darts at the same time at an enemy, user has 60 minutes before they die.

Level 2: User can throw up to 7 acid darts at the same time at an enemy, user has 30 minutes before they die.

Level 3: User can throw an infinite amount of acid darts at enemy, but can only do so for 10 minutes before they day.[/spoiler:38ronyqb]

Heres our kekkei genkai so far im from the lightning im the kage and this is the hanizuki clans keekei genkai for the vill [spoiler:2qdun4wc]Clans Kekei Genkai: Hanizuki: We can move so fast nobody can see us but we can only move that fast once, Quick Flash can do weaker but exstreamly fast versions of lightning jutsu,[/spoiler:2qdun4wc]

Sounds to me like he's giving people a chance to resubmit it, Id take the chance if I were you and not worry about acceptance.

our attacks and speed is 2x better and we can have the power to control darkness,fire,space/time. We can enter into any realm we want to and we can manipulate time. Can use genjutsu but have to look at the opponent eyes and can copy jutsu's(certain types)

How about this.

The attack and speed of your Darkness Jutsu is 2x better. We can copy darkness element Jutsu up to level 4 when the enemy tries to use it on us.



Time manipulation and and all that is impossible to work into the system.

There really isnt going to be much Genjutsu in this system.

Heres mine:

Entenal Charkra:Allows user to make their charkra into a phisical form and usable.The users are able to manupulated(use) as Garra with his sand.You can make into a chield or use it to attack.The charkra gives the user a black cloack that steadly regenerates chakra.It coulld be use in any phisical way.

So your chakra, makes a cloak, which can regenerate chakra?
