1. Ice Style: Ice Weapons Jutsu: (ninjutsu)
it allows the user to create any weapon imaginable out of ice. the user needs to be near a water source, and the Jutsu is stronger if the temperature is colder. also, the weapon cannot be a projectile like a kunai or shuriken, they must maintain contact with the weapon at all times, or it will disolve into water.

2. Glass Shuriken: (ninjutsu)
Since the Village is made of Skyscrapers, they have windows, so we can break the glass and use the pieces as Shuriken

3. Glass Tornado Jutsu: (Ninjutsu)
This Jutsu would cause small and light object on the ground (mainly broken glass) to rise up in the air, then surround the opponent and twist around them at extreme speeds like a tornado. It wouldn't cause any large wounds, just thousands of small cuts making the opponent bleed to death. the only way to block it would be with a defense jutsu that encompasses the entire body

4. Twirlybird Jutsu: (ninjutsu)
The user throws a bunch of shurikens into the air, and they hover in the air, and as soon as the enemy moved they would all fly at the enemy. This would also have a backlash, because they would not only fly at the enemy, but at any other human/animal that was close enough and moved. So if the user moved they would get attacked also.

5. Ninja Art: Skyscraper Jutsu: (Ninjutsu)
This is a high level Jutsu that allows us to summon up the steel frame of a skyscraper from the ground and launch us and our opponents hundreds of feet into the air.

6. Fire Style: Dragon's Breath (ninjutsu)
A devastating flame erupts from the users mouth and engulfs the enemy in a blazing hot inferno.

(1) Summoning Jutsu: Eagles (summoning)
We can summon eagles that can make huge gusts of air with their wings, and are very fast

7. Earth Style: Totem Poles (ninjutsu)
Totem poles shoot out of the ground. They are about 20 ft high each, the higher your rank, the more poles. We can use this to trap enemies or to hit them unexpectedly

8. Earth Style: Gargoyle Animation (ninjutsu)
The statues that exist on the skyscrapers can be used as weapons. This Jutsu allows a ninja to bring one (or more depending on rank) to life and attack the opponent. They can also summon them if they are fighting outside of the village.

9. Water Style: Downpour (ninjutsu)
This Jutsu causes it to start raining very hard. It is meant to be used in combination with our other Jutsu.

10. Earth Style: Tar Pit (ninjutsu)
Basically this one creates either an immediate sinkhole underneath the enemy or it can just hollow out the ground in a certain spot and make it into a trap. You can do a smaller version of the jutsu where you create several potholes to limit the enemy's movement.

11. Fire Style: Burning Spear (ninjutsu)
A high level Jutsu where a spear emerges from a nearby metal source, but at superheated temperatures. You launch it at the opponent, and even if it does not hit, the air around it is also superheated, so they will be burned.

12. Ninja Art: Demon of the Mask (genjutsu)
This Jutsu works for any ninja that wears a mask. When they take off thier mask the opponent is trapped in a genjutsu where they are paralyzed by fear from a "demon".


13. Earth Style: Tar Clone Jutsu: (ninjutsu)
This creates a clone or clones out of tar. The clones are very sticky and when they touch an opponent they can absorb them in and suffocate them.

14. Ninja Art: Metal Clone Jutsu: (ninjutsu)
This creates a clone or clones out of metal. These clones are extreemly hard, very powerful, and can only be destroyed by a rapid change in temperature (ex: swithing between a fire and water Jutsu). However, they are also very slow.

15. Ninja Art: Shadow of the Tower: (genjutsu)
This high level genjutsu makes an opponent believe that a gaint skyscraper is going to fall on top of him, and his feet are stuck to the ground and he cannot move.

attacks with a wind sword and a whirlwind covers the opponent and slashes the opponent

Flaming animal barrage jutsu (ninjutsu)
a group of animals on fire appear and attack the opponent
