We are the ANBU and we are here to help. Post questions here and one of us will help, or you can pm one of us if you prefer.

ANBU Code
The goal of the ANBU is to help people to the best of our ability in a courteous and respectful manner. If an ANBU member is unsure about a solution or answer, refer the person to someone with more experience or knowledge. An inaccurate or wrong answer helps no one. If an ANBU member receives 3 complaints, is rightfully banned, or otherwise breaks this Code, the member's name will be removed from the ANBU member's list, and the member agrees to remove ANBU from their signature.

A minimum rank of Chunin Exam Participant (500 posts) is recommended for anyone interested in joining the ANBU. Members under the recommended post count who joined before June 30th may remain members, but with certain 'restrictions' until the post count is reached.

I won't join as I have a strict "no formal groups" policy but will gladly aid and assist anbu in any way I can. Just like I do with Akatsui.

Don't worry, evil buzzard. Neither the ANBU nor the Akatsuki will ever fight. Kisame and I have agreed that we will never be rivals - we're all out to help other people, so we're just two 'teams' for the same cause. You certainly are welcome to join us if you wish, but bear in mind another 'policy' Kisame and I agreed to - you cannot join both the ANBU and the Akatsuki. It has to be one or the other. If you are still interested in joining us, pm me and let me know. Thank you!!! :D

What village specializes in wind type jutsu?

From the best of my knowledge, no village specializes solely in Wind Type Jutsu. But there are a few that integrate it into their style, I know the Storm Village is one, but I'm pretty sure they're mostly focused on Water/Lightning.
