Uchiha Clan wins. because Hyuga,is just based on causing internal damage, although it's fatal to the internal organs, Uchiha, is still stronger, with sharingan, and using genjutsu. It is more likely for them to win.

Uchiha clan indefinitely. their sharingan is more developed than the byakugan, and increases the overall efficiency of the enemy's moves to use against them

Uchiha Clan would win. The Sharigan is better than the Byakugan. Plus the Uchiha Clan's ninjutsu is much stronger than the Hyuuga Clan's.

Many of the Hyugas have not shown a good resistance to more powerful Genjutsu, and Uchihas like Itachi and Sasuke could speedblitz.

In Taijutsu, Sharingan prediction and Sasuke's Chidori Stream would help them to avoid the Hyugas. Also, Ammy would burn them before they could prep up a defense for it.

Madara is overkill, seeing as he can almost instantly teleport and phase through attacks.

Are you talking about the whole clan or the main people we have seen?If whole clan Hyuuga has a chance they rly only need one hit.

Uchiha are clearly superior there's no getting around that. But I believe I heard something about the Hyuga's having a very large clan, so the could win by outnumbering the Uchiha clan, but I doubt it.

If you look at it from all sides, the Uchiha clan would be most likely to win.

The Sharingan has many perks, as seeing the attacks for a person as they are delt,
Or the long-rang, preformed by Kakashi as he and Naruto chased Deidara.
It also allows the user to make illusions, aka, Genjustus.

The Hyuga Clan's sight thingy only allows the user to see the amout of chakra his or her oppoent has.
Not to mention that they can also see their charkra points as well..
But their biggest disadvantage is leaving their back-side vulnerable

Therefore, The Uchiha Clan would win.
It's as simple as that.
But, unfortunately, The Hyuga Clan also has a chance.
Leaving it with more of a 75 / 25 chance of the Hyuga clan winning against the Uchiha clan.

If the Uchiha are still alive that means that Sasuke is only a little kid in the ninja academy meaning he doesn't know chidori only fire ball jutsu.

Hyuga wins!!

Hiashi is a beast (he killed the lightning village's top ninja) and Hizashi is just as strong as Hiashi.

Itachi hasn't shown the ability of amaterasu so we can't say he has it then. Also if Itachi has his mangekyou that means shishui isn't on the uchiha side.

Madara supposibly can't hurt anyone.

Neji can beat Sasuke.
