if narutos father is yondaime who can teleport better then anyone else, and is extremely fast
y doesnt naruto move extremely fast in battle or teleport like his father?

Naruto has a tough time just learning a jutsu over time.... perhaps in the future, he'll achieve quicker speeds.

in Kakashi gaiden The 4th used the kunai things to "teleport" and he used markings too.

Maybe naruto's demon(Nine Tails) is messing up Naruto's chakra and that somehow affects his speed to reach his fathers state?? Does that make some sense hopefully???

We don't know if that was a technique Minato created or if it was a Kekkei Genkai. If it was a KG the reason why Naruto hasn't awakened it yet could be he didn't know the 4th was his dad so he didn't even try...if it's a technique created by the 4th someone would have to teach it to him and so far it doesn't seem like either Kakashi knows or that Jiraya knew. The kunai knives have nothing to do with it since I'm sure the markings can be learned/written on the kunai themselves but moving your body to the kunai's locations would need to be explained (specially since it's Naruto we're talking about...LOL). It could also have something to do with chakra element... Naruto's uses wind but maybe Minato had another element affinity and used it for that jutsu? Also remember Tsunade and Jiraya both mentioned Naruto's battle style was a lot more like his Mom.

This is completely FALSE.
There is no such thing as a special kunai. If there was, everyone would be using them too.

It's a jutsu that the fourth hokage has created himself. It slows down time around him so that he can move really quick. It's not exactly teleporting, but it's so quick that they count it as a teleporting jutsu.

Lets say you trap the fourth hokage in a barrior where you cant escape. Real teleporting would help you get out of it, but since Minato's jutsu is just slowing down time and moving in such a great speed, he cant get out because its not real teleporting. It's just referred as teleporting.

So why doesn't naruto have it? That's because its a jutsu that Minato CREATED. He wasn't born with it, so this technique isnt inside him genetically. If your dad knows how to drive a car, that doesnt mean that you can drive a car when you're born. You actually have to learn it. No one but the fourth hokage could use this special jutsu, therefor there's no one naruto can learn this technique from.
