how comes I have seen a few sites which name the english voice actors for some of the characters that make it sound like they have been?

It's in production. Voice actors were chosen many moons ago.

not wanting to get into a heated debate so I will just say one thing on the subject

I like both

Subs I like because they are usually closer to the original japanese (notice I said usually) and plus it is cool hearing our favourite characters with their japanese voices.

Dubs I like because I don't have to read while I am watching which means I don't miss anything. If there is an arguement / fight between characters in the subbed versions I am either too busy watching the action to read what they are saying or else I am too busy reading to actually watch...I hope that makes sense.

Dubs mean I can jst sit back and enjoy






plus Liam O'Brien's Gaara voice is Gaara to me. It is deep and menacing and just way cool. His japanese voice is good as well but it doesn't hold a candle to Liams

they have already dubbed the first 30 or so eps they just havnt aired them yet and the vids you have seen with the English voices were trailers for shippuden dub release

It honestly has been a while. I do enjoy the japanese Naruto, however I seem to prefer the english dub over reading subtitles, no matter how bad the voices are. Regardless, I'll wait.
