how did the guy with the y in his name get the rinnegan??

there was a kid with konan and nagato i forgot his name cause i read it a few weeks ago and i cantfind it to get his name but it starts with a y and anyway hes the pain that runs the akatsuki and just like jaraiya i have no idea how he got it so can somebody tell me
please tell me!!!! if you know (no idea's it has to be true)

forgot his name too but he died and nagato uses him like a puppet kind of with those piercings he has and all of nagato's puppets have the rinnegan lol sorry if i didnt explain it right

Yahiho is being controlled by Nagato via the black rods that are stuck into him. As such, he can use all the powers that Nagato can use, although it seems that Nagato has tuned certain bodies to be able to access certain bodies.

I think you mean 'certain bodies to access certain justu types' (i.e. one body does strictly summoning jutsu), but yes, you hit the nail on the head :P

I think You are talking about YAHIKO..He has rinnegan since he is controlled my nagato using/ via the black rods..In His Body..

Anywho...I think it was Jiraiya or someone that said this...The Rinnegan appears when there's though times. Like wars and famine and...crap. Just like the war that Nagato, Konan, and Yahiko went through. All three of them being kids without parents or homes and protection probably triggered the Rinnegan in Nagato. He said he wanted to protect Konan and Yahiko. When Yahiko was almost killed, when saw the Rinnegan in Nagato for the first time. Soo...Yeah. =/
