Using chodori is too close and practically suicidal. Neji will air palms him or use 64palms

Neji would detect Kakashi underground and dodge

THere is no water source for Kakashi use water style jutsu

Even if Kakashi could use hidden mist that does not effect the bykugan

Gotta give this to Neji. Neji's Taijutsu is as good as PTS Kakashi if not better. And it most likely is better. Rotation and air palms shut Kakashi down, byakugan allows Neji to see any surprise attacks.

Kakashi only had a few fights in PTS now that I think about it. Zabuza and.. Zabuza again :lol: then some fodder here, some fodder there..

Pretty BS right? Tobirama has been hyped to be the only one to use water jutsu without a clear source.. Yet dozens of ninja are perfectly capable of doing so :lol:

Yes Kakashi has knowledge

But sharigan does not help out much. Sharigan drains a lot of chakra and just because he can see/predict the attack does not mean he can dodge it

does PTS mean Post Time Skip? if it does then i have bad news for Neji. You can't stop a character that constantly spams 1 move in a fight and has infinity chakra for some reason.

TS Neji is a jonin like Kakashi. No Kamui = Defeat for Kakashi

Neji's superior taijutsu would annihilate PTS Kakaashi.

Neji should win but barely. The only thing Kakashi shown in part 1 was the sharigan, raikiri, and some taijutsu. All of it was pretty basic too.
