If you want to get people easier you need to work on your advertisement lol. Give incentives and try not to make too many promises. Saying you aim to be the best naruto is like saying your clan members don't matter and are only there for your benefit. The only hope you have there is getting either unloyal members,people who just don't show up or those who wish to exploit you :). In other words, put more effort in this post or it will go ignored and unnoticed.
