Hidan and Kakuzu win.
Taka doesn't know about the Shiji Hyouketsu so it could work easily.
They don't know about Kakuzu's 4 heart system, and that is really OP.
Even Kakashi couldn't take him down until Naruto came up with his RS.

Suigetsu is a sution user, Kakuzu can easily numb him with raiton.

Raiton > Suigetsu.

Breathing > Karin

Hidan + Kakazu would be too much to handle for jugo. He would either get cursed or pummeled by elemental combos.

He fought 1st hokage and survived...not many can do that.
Plus, he's got those elements and Jiongu. He can long range pwn them.
He solos Taka. Hidan can sit back and enjoy the show.

I would say that Juugo in full curse mark is their only hope and even then I can't see him taking on both Kakazu and Hidan.

Kakuzu and Hidan would win this, they can use the combo they use against Kakashi and the others back then, it would instantly kill them, or Hidan can take care of Karin and Juugo, as Kakuzu goes against Suigestsu since he's made of water and is capable of drowning them

Kakazu solo's

-Kakazu uses his threds to strangle Karin
-Lighitng and wind mask chases down Sugeitsu to blast him away
-fire and water mask help defeat Juugo.

No sword or Juugo transformation is piercing Kakazu's earth skin. Karin is useless. Sugeitsu is weak to lighting and can not dodge it forever.

Juugo is the only threat but he can not kill Kakazu 5 times
