full body raikiri
can raikage jutsus be considered full body chidori? was thinking this for long time. ??? give good reasons whynot since they function the same.

Re: full body raikiri
Raikiri and Chidori is Kakashi's jutsu.
They could try to cover themselves in Raiton. I think tht is what the Raikage does. Darnit. Again. Misread what u put. Seems like it enhances his powers. |
Re: full body raikiri
Yeah the naruto wikipedia says it is more of a defensive technique used to enhance his speed and reduce incoming damage like the time Sasuke tried using a chidori'd blade on his armor. The chidori is more of a main offensive move

Re: full body raikiri
well it enhanced attack speed and cutting power, also raikiri was used to protect ino and choji from hidans lighning attack the same way raikage deflected chidori blast. so in a way Raikage made the raikiri long before kaka did :D

Re: full body raikiri
They are very similiar but the raiton armor is more defensive. While chidori is Pure Offense.
|
Re: full body raikiri
well my point is that raikiri was used defensive in the same way raikage deflected chidor sword. so they are both used the same way whether on hand or on fullbody.

Re: full body raikiri
I'd think of Chidori like a bullet, while A's lightning armor would be more like a spiked shield. Chidori can only do its thing straight forward, but the shield can harm if used right, but is still mostly a defensive technique.

Re: full body raikiri
well they both can be used in the same way, one just covers the hand and the other the body
|
Re: full body raikiri
Don't think the lightning armor would be as powerful as chidori and A uses it as armor so it shouldn't really counted as same thing just same element. Armor-Defensive Chidori-Offensive

Re: full body raikiri
it is already as he used it to cut off his own arm same way kaka cut off kisames arm :)
