Madara's Amaterasu
 

I want to know if madara can use amaterasu. I think he can't but i am not sure. What do you think?

I think he can't. Every MS has different jutsus.
Two eyes with MS = Susano'o.

Maybe. Yes in my opinion because every uchiha ive seen. But you can if you have Mongekyo sharingan, But you'll need to have EMS to truly use it.

Not every Uchiha can use Amaterasu. That's Itachi's jutsu. Sasuke can use it because Itachi transferred all of his ocular powers to Sasuke.

^Im just going to say they have the same powers becuase they are brothers.

And appearently some of the uchiha powers are shared by nature from members. How else would people like tobi be familiar with both susano'o and amaterasu.

Two Ms eyes isnt automatically susanoo by default. Sasuke only learned to use it after learning both ammy and tsukuyomi(fail version).

Madara can probably use it but why would he when a meteor is at your command?

I cannot agree with all of the posts which say "Madara cant use Amaterasu cuz'...." simply because to use Susano'o one needs to have unlocked Amaterasu in his one eye and Tsukuyomi in his other. Since Madara's favourite jutsu is showing off with his Susano'o then I shall believe that he can use Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi too.

on black person kage when his susuano grabbed him and he put him in ms genjutsu with tsuki.

well it could have been koto :? but remember those 2 are the only person to person genjutsu from ms. :)
