Think about it. He's never been revived before because his grave is a mystery.

Itachi showed Sasuke what happened before the massacre after they had defeated Kabuto.
Shisui tried to stop the Uchiha clan, too, but Danzo took his eye. Shisui basically knew everything about the Uchiha and the Root/Hokage/Elders.

The scrool is his Edo Tensei formula. [COLOR="rgb(0, 191, 255)"]The reason he can change the war is Kotoamatsukami[/COLOR]. (Remember that Doujutsu comes back with the person -Itachi's MS, Nagato's Rinnegan etc)

Orochimaru and Sasuke are obviously in Konoha, and the part of Konoha seems like the Uchiha district to me.
Possible where Shisui's body is.


One more theory is that he is still alive! Maybe that's why his body can't be found.

You make a good point. But how would he know everything since he is dead and like you said hasn't been reanimated either. So his grave is a mystery. But when orochimaru used reanimation jutsu on hashirama during the chunin exams. But it was not shown where he was buried at either. And since orochimaru has kabuto with him right now will orochimaru know where his grave is at? But if so how? But i think that is where the elders come in at. I think they will know about his grave.

We've got Edo Tensei.
His soul is in the Pure World, he can be revived.
Hashirama can't be revived again because he's in the Reaper.

Shisui huh...this is a really good theory seeing Sasuke's resolve to meet this person in his mind was prior to the scroll suigetsu showed him...they are not the same thing... But sasuke wanted to meet this person after Itachi's truth to him... and since Itachi mentioned Shisui...Shisui must be the best choice...

Sasuke didn't revive Oro because of the scroll alone but for this person...which means it's likely someone who is dead... Shisui being dead and ET'd would be way awesome than him alive without any eyes...

I like it overall.... good theory...

^Yes. Sasuke probably revived Oro because he knows Edo Tensei.
And the scroll must be the formula.

Maybe this whole theory sucks, but it would be cool IMO.

but the scroll cannot be the formula for ET and the reason i say so is because, I don't see Suigetsu saying "with this we can rule the shinobi WORLD"... this must be something bigger than Edo Tensei... and why'd suigetsu think this's something sasuke has to see...why'd edo tensei formula be anymore important to sasuke than suigetsu... see my point... what u think

Because he's the supreme commander he isn't actually mean't to leave the hq at all unless under very extreme circumstances..

Also I agree with this theory it's nice to know someone thinks the same as me :) but I've always had to question the theory because even if they do edo tensei Shisui what difference could it make? I don't understand how Shisui could affect the war and Sasuke?

The greatest Genjutsu artist in Naruto history, put it this way, his genjutsu is 5x better than Madara's, 10x better than Itachi's, and 20x better than Sasuke's, JUST with his normal Sharingan, now his Mangekyou... Different league, no one comes close. Not even by 100 miles.

His normal Sharingan can't compare to Mangekyou. His Mangekyou genjutsu is the strongest, but his normal Sharingan can't compare to Mangekyou's Tsukuyomi.

The thing is if oro has shisui's dna and performs his ET, wouldn't sasuke be in trouble...why'd oro put shisui under sasuke command to use it on madara when Oro would rather easily cast Koto on Sasuke to give him his body?

Knowing how powerful that eye is, i wonder if sasuke will slack of entrusting something like that into Oro's hands...

Shisui was shisui of the body flicker. That's what he was most known for. Itachi's illusions were the best though. Shisui was after him. Koto is a genjutsu that he could only use once every 10 years. Danzo got around it with senju cells. Other than one koto use, Itachi is better. And that's if he hasn't already used it in the last 10 years. Which is likely since people know he has it.
