Neon Alley

So I noticed that it says Neon Alley is almost caught up in the Naruto Shippuden English dub. I was wondering, does anyone have Neon Alley? I was thinking about getting it to start watching the dubbed version again, so can anyone tell me what it's like?

I keep losing internet signal and I get disconnected a lot. Besides that, it's pretty good.

I'd love to watch dubbed anime on Neon Alley, but sadly it's not a free service.

I've heard.....nothing but bad things about it. It's not on-demand, which in this day and age of the internet is ridiculous. It's all on a set schedule, and you can't record anything. Just hearing about that made me completely lose interest in it.
