Deathwing literally cleaved and rended so much of the world just by flying by that he changed the topography of almost the entire world. Juubi is busy having mountains as an impressive landmark. Deathwing also tanked Thrall's attacks iirc, and Thrall is a life wiper just by having a bad day.
