What does Madara intend to do with the Ten-Tails? Id like to have a disscusion about it.

well in the manga he was talking to obito to tell him to use the rinne rebirth thingy to get a real body that can live freely, and become the juubi's jinjuriki.

Well, I wouldnt say that Madara is an idiot, more of a... believer. A twisted and sick believer if he intends to use the tsoukyomi on everybody like that.

Though here comes another question, Madara upgraded his sharingan into the rinnegan, but in order to use the tsyukyomi you need the sharingan, who would he have to do that job? Tobi?

No madara can. The rinnegan is just an upgrade of the sharingan so he can use the infinite tsyukyomi. Plus it has all possibe powers. He could do anything.(Using Susano'o is also one of his jutsu, yet he has the rinnegan.)

every person in the world in their own mine have their own beliefs of peace. in some once else view, some once peace might be anothers person interpretetion of evil.

so madara in his own mine what he is doing is his own interpretetion of peace/good.
