No cucumbers on sundays?
So apparently there's a law in Massachussets that forbids its citizens from eating cucumbers on Sundays.
What kind of law is that? Is there anyone here from Massachussets on this forum who can confirm that this is actually a law? And how are they going to know if you eat cucumbers or not? And if they catch you eating cucumbers, are they gonna like put you in jail or do you get fined? |

I'm not from there, but its possibly true. Where I'm from apparently it is illegal NOT to drink milk and no dancing on Sundays.

Why cucumbers, why why my favorite vegetable.
At least I know I'll never be going to Massachusetts. |

Re: No cucumbers on sundays?
I'd like to hear the reason why such a law exists. Normally, the stories behind weird laws like that are hilarious.
Like the law in whatever state it is that makes it illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket. A long time ago, people used to put ice cream cones in there back pocket to steal horses, since the horses would follow the person with the ice cream. |
