Just a thought
 
In an attempt to revive TB I shall make a thread. Anyone who doesn't read the manga, leave.

So I read about this on another forum and I wondered what you guys thought.

So lets say Madara and Obito win this war (temporarily) and have succeeded in the Moon Eye plan. Wouldn't that be kind of cool? For once the good guys do not win with the power of friendship and everyone is under the genjutsu, save for a few shinobis [who will try to find a way to stop all this] and some random people.
I'd like that to happen. Naruto is supposed to be the "light of the world" and hero of this story. If the world is now clouded by darkness and hope is almost gone, then he would actually be able to step up as the worlds savior and has no choice but to use other tactics besides TnJ. Heck, they could even use Orochimaru's underground den for all I care.

I just feel that if Kishi makes the result of the war the ending of the story, then it'd be kind of stupid. With the Ten-tails around, there wouldn't be
enough shinobi around for a war that will last for chapters and chapters.

Sorry if this didn't make any sense or seems all over the place. I'll just simplify it: I would like to see the villains win for once (at least for a little while.)

well, if kishi had a little westernized sense, he would do a little of that, but that japanese culture isn't so at all. The bad guys must always die, even if the bad guy turned out to be superman.... That, let's all have a happy ending mentality sweeps the whole of jaPan... idea of killing some good guys never even occurs in the japanese mind... bogus!!!

And where do I say Naruto is the villain? I only said he wants to change the Madara's world. Madara's world is a world a peace.

Name one thing that you said that is different?

Anywho, this certainly should happen. It is interesting, not what we expect, and woudl actual put Naruto in a tough situation instead his romp through everything of late. Naruto used to fail(or did and then get screwed up by Kishi such as Gaara's death...), bring that back.

I really like that idea.

Kishimoto should do a what if chapter? Or a light novel about how it would be like.

Or maybe viz should make a movie about it like road to ninja where it's a alternate universe where the Akatsuki are good except a alternate universe where Madara and Obito won and pretty much everyone's in the gen-jutsu.

It would be cool if Madara and Obito gave people the choice of whether they wanted to go and whether they wanted to stay though.

Oh yeah and I don't believe naruto is cool enough for the power of friendship they are too dramatic that is something reserved for Yugi and his buds.

Also how would Orochimaru's Playhouse have any role in this?
