For weeks I've been tracking a particular asura by order of Church. My predecessors have all disappeared when they made contact and their corpses were always found mangled. Yes mangled, they would be unidentifiable if not for their internal cross which continues to emanate even in death. They were my superiors in every aspect of combat which includes experience and wisdom,which is why we still had clues as to the whereabouts of the asura.

We kicked in the door of joseph's apartment late at midnight. The perfect time to make a quick raid after most people were home from work,but also before they begin to depart as well.

The apartment was dark. It had a strong stench circulating through the stagnate air. If it were not for the flies, it would have been eerily quiet. Upon turning the light on we found his severed head stuffed with an apple awaiting us on the kitchen table. The rest of the room was decorated with a crimson hue, with his limbs and organs alike strewn about as if to further defile his corpse.

Wanting to waste no time in the room I opened his closed eye lids and peered into them. Being a executioner like myself, our bodies as able to record our last moments within the retina. A sudden spike of pain resounded through my body. The sensation of having my intestine ripped from my breathing body felt all too real,but the fool was panicking too much to catch a glimpse of the asura. Then it hit me, he wasn't panicking. He left it's signature...

Now here I am perched upon the empire state building, silently watching the scene of its awakening unfold. As the dust cleared I peered on to find no survivors at the site. The only trace of life is the limp arm sticking out of the rubble toward the summit of the building's rubble.

"May you find solace in death, amen". After sighing momentarily my scope was not affixed upon the asura floating above the clouds carelessly. After cocking my rifle,I fired a single bullet of aimed for his origin.

A sounds rings out among the chaos. The sound, so unique, is of a bullet leave the chamber of a gun. Near instantly I am able to deduce where the sound came from, rotating my body to let the bullet pass my by. As I spin, I reach out with my arm, grabbing the bullet and continuing to rotate, completely changing its path of travel and tossing it back from whence it came. Spinning myself in mid-air, I set my feet on a circular plate of energy that extends immediately, shoving my in the same direction as the bullet.

I dive through the dust and as I close in on my attacker, I can sense the aura so similar to the hunters that came before him, and just as they, I will make sure he doesn't leave in one piece. No one interrupts my play time!

Snapping my fingers, cones of solid reiatsu form around my hands, the points directed outwards to use as weapons. In addition to these, several more form around my to act as an extra arsenal. Surely this won't stop the hunter, but it at least makes some more fun with me. If I'm going to kill, it won't just be bloody, but it shall be torturous as well!

Tied to my bullet, the sensation of it colliding with something definitely registers within me. The problem is it's trajectory was shifted and sent careening toward me. But with a split second reaction, I'm able to deflect the bullet by whipping out my knife. Carefully I positioned it to brush the bullet off with the width of my blade and out into the middle of nowhere. The sound of the steel clashing might make some people more tense,but in the heat of battle; it only served to calm my nerves.

After only a moment's pause, I loaded a new bullet while running toward the direction of the asura. After abruptly stopping, I take aim to start channeling a powerful incantation. My rifle begins making a humming noise as the air around me starts to pick up speed. Seemingly fixating my attention on his wreckless charge, I take note of it's self made weapons before taking a shot.

"Just a little closer heathen"
