doesn anyone else feel like this particular filler arc is largely related to hugo and sui and the scroll they delivered to sasuke????

I do not believe its happened yet since Sasuke hasnt met "Him" -not saying who due to spoilers- yet.

Nobody knows who "him" is yet because they only show Sasuke in the manga once every 4 months....Last we knew he and a "certain someone" were headed to find "him".

And no, the anime isn't even remotely close to this event. We'll probably see those events in like a year...give or take a filler.
