How Tobi joins the Shinobi Alliance
 

Madara controls Sakura through illusion (like chapter 540 pg 13 said Itachi is capable of doing), Kakashi is forced to kill her.

Obito realizes that this is what happened to Rin (Madara controlled while hooked into the Gedo).

Naruto reacts by focusing his rage towards Madara for justice and love for his remaining comrades, not vengeance (like Obito).

Obito finally realizes Naruto isn't like him after witnessing him taking a different path after being put through similar trials.

Obito switches sides and joins the fight against Madara / Juubi.

Sakura pretends to be mind controlled and kills Kakashi. When Naruto and the gang realizes this, they attack Obito and Madman Madera. Everyone dies except for Sakura who sneaks off to kill off Sasuke and his bunch. She successfully takes over village and voila lands herself dictator of the world!

Never happenin'.

First, as has been stated, Sakura won't die. In fact, I'll be surprised if anyone important to the story dies. The only one I can see dying is Gai, but it would be pointless, simply because the man is just comic relief, despite his importance to Lee (who is also essentially comic relief). The only truly important characters to die are people we had little actual connection with (like the Third and Rin). Pattern is bond.

Second, I'll be pissed if Obito gets turned like that. That's not a reason, just the truth, but the reason is that it wouldn't make any sense. The whole reason he's doing what he's doing is that he's stupid enough to want to turn reality into a fantasy at the cost of many thousands of lives; he's too narcissistic to care about the meaning of his True Love's life, or what she would wish (clearly, not the destruction of Kanoha, at least as far as he could know). Being thus deluded and self-absorbed, he would never divert his plan for the sake of some enemy shinobi.

His character sucks because of this, but you have to run with what you've got.

I'm just saying we've been thrown for loops before. Just as many thought Tobi couldn't be Obito, maybe in the end Obito is the only remaining Uchiha who ends up reviving the clan.

And yes, I know Kalmeast, these are ridiculous ideas. But maybe that will lead to someone smarter than me getting a brilliant idea :)

Whether its obito or sasuke trying to revive the uchiha clan there are no female uchihas left in the world so you can't revive the clan. Obito might join he shinobi alliance but sakura will not die. `;)
