Meta Cooler did take on two Super Saiyans at once but so did Android 18 who is weaker than Android 17. Android 17 however, wouldn't have been destroyed by Goku and Vegeta before RoSAT so I'd say he wins by powerscaling.

What's RoSAT? And IIRC Android 17 knocked out Future Trunks as a Super Saiyan in one hit.

I guess by powerscaling Meta Cooler wins since according to the terrrible timeline they use for the movies the movie Meta Cooler appears in is during the wait before the Cell Games.

I thought he appeared before the Cell Games and before RoSAT training (that's the Hyperbolic Time Chamber meggabaut), but after Android 19 and Dr. Gero had been killed. The timeline of movies are usually horrible but that's what I got from it.

Dende is on Earth which only happens during the wait and in the video game timeline of Supersonic Warriors 2 it happens right before the Cell Games.

The Metal Cooler movie took place before Android 17 & 18 were awakened, & that's a fact because the next movie, with Android 13, 14, & 15, we actually see when the Androids kill Dr. Gero, not to mention the fact that Gohan isn't a Ssj in either of those movies, it was the 1st Broly movie where they were waiting for the Cell Games to start, Dende being in the Metal Cooler movie was an error.

Feats wise 17 rapes hard. Timeline is impossible, Goku and Vegeta are still regualar SSJ's, Gohan is still a kid, but dende is kami? lolwut

fyi: every movie except 9,13 and the 2008 special has timeline errors, so dont try to put them in

RoSAT = Room of Space & Time aka Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

17 did knock Future Trunks out with 1 hit before he came to earth and killed Frieza and did some training.
