Lee is a better shinobi but Suigetsu's ability just makes him better cut out to win this. If Kishi would show Lee some love and let him unlock just one more gate, Morning Peacock would turn Suigetsu into steam.

Suigetsu's ability deffinetly gives him the upper hand in a taijutsu fight. Although, Lee has trained day in and day out with endurance. Lee could possibly win by outlasting his opponent?

when Sugietsu is hit water goes everywhere and the water goes towards the opponent's head and the water will drown the opponent

Lee can't hurt Suigetsu. He ends up screwing himself using gates.

Even gated lee can not win. He can not even have heated fist to evatporate his foe
