New joke/serious theory. There is no Rin, and there never was. Rin is a figment of everyone's imagination. In fact there is no Naruto either, or Kiba or Sakura or Sasuke, or any of the 11. The infinite tsukiyomi is already in effect except it didn't go as planned and instead of creating a dream world of peace it created a nightmare world of war.

No, the Infinite Tsukuyomi is what made Kishi create Naruto in the first place.
