It's like, you're almost there, but you aren't. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist. (But I'm not. :lol:)

86 bothers me more than 89. But yes, it's that last one percent that's like 'hey dude, it's just one damn percent!'

I can't stand anything in the 80's, period.
I'm fine with 70's. It probably means I didn't try to hard.
I like 90's and above because I know the material.
But if I get a damn 80 something, it makes me feel dumb. Like I tried, and just don't know.

What bothered me was when I got an 89 as my nine weeks grade in English Senior year. I told my teacher to give me extra credit or just bump my grade to a 90. >_>

I hate getting an 89. I'm thinking "You can't just give me that 1 extra point to make it an A!? What the hell did I mess up on to get an 89!?"
