Can Minato save the Leaf?
 

We all know that Minato saved the leaf from Obito and Kurama......
BUT
Can he top the Great Hashirama and save the village from Kurama... AND MADARA UCHIHA (non-edo)????

All anime feats and hype involved

Battle takes place in a forest.
Kurama is under Madara's control
Minato has standarad prep and can not teleport to his hideout

Madara is ontop of Kurama and Minato is ontop of Gamabunta a mile apart

Can Minato beat madara 1v1??? With or without Edo feats (Besides the infinite chakra and healing/regerating)

Minato wins both situations. From the manga it's clear that Minato is more than capable of dealing with Kurama. This just leaves Madara. People assume that because Madara blocked a telegraphed attack from BM Naruto with Uchiha Gaeshi, it's some kind of perfect defense that can block anything :roll: Madara couldn't keep up with A and Minato's faster. Even if Minato didn't kill him on an initial blitz he could attack again, actually it's much more likely for Minato to try to get a tag off than go for a kill shot. Then it's teleport and kill before the enemy can react. The only way Madara wins is if he goes Susano'o right away which is totally OOC.

Edo situation is no different when he can't regenerate. The fundamental question is whether or not Madara could react to a blitz from Minato-which is possible, but a surprise blitz (after being tagged) certainly not.

Uchiha gaeshi is far from a perfect defense but it was capable of blocking a mini bijuu dama which should be way more powerfull then a uncompleted rasengan could ever be. Hence minatos most powerfull (and his only offensive) technique is rendered useless if the first one is blocked.

Then there are only kunais left which should not be a problem for madara.

Speedwise Minato is not THAT much faster then A considering they had multiple encounters.

Also naruto outdid A in speed just in KCM. Idk if BM grants an even larger speedboost but still. Madara has not shown any problems with being outspeeded.

I dont think it would be OoC for madara to use his incomplete susanoo infact he seems to spam it as much as he wants aginst the kages and minato is a kage himself. Its the PS that most likely is OoC but he wont be needing that.

Any blitz would just be tanked by ribcage/incomplete susanoo. Which leaves minato with noway of hurting him.

Meanwhile one mistake on minatos side and he gets bisected.

Short answer no.

At best he can tie with Madara using Dead Demon Consuming Seal.

And even that's unlikely. He's only got one offensive ability, and it sucks. Meanwhile Madara casually slaughtered five people who take a big smelly dump on Suckato.

I never understood how Minato could get past Susanoo?

Minato did deal with Kurama but Obito was a long ways away! Minato would be there side by side with Kurama.

Minato isn't going to be able to deal with Madara, Madara is just too much. Minato can't get past susanoo but based on hype the 3rd said Minato was the strongest Hokage but based on Madara the only man who can kill him is Hashirama, don't know it goes ether way on hype.

I remember in the original Naruto, Naruto kept saying he was going to become the best Hokage ever by surpassing the 4th. Also Hiruzen said the 4th was the strongest hokage, but that was way back when.

He was a student to the 1st and 2nd Hokage's so he would know about them and he let Minato take up the Hokage title. So I am thinking he would know something but he might have just been senile.

I have no doubt that Uchiha Gaeshi can stop a Rasengan, I'm doubting whether Madara can react fast enough to use it and block correctly. Kunais can easily kill Madara if they slit his throat.

Madara has never started a fight with Susano'o and he won't/can't spam it here, because he doesn't have infinite chakra anymore, plus he's too proud to use it unless he's forced into it.

You're using ABC logic about Madara's reactions against Naruto (when there is clear evidence that he couldn't react properly to A). Naruto obviously doesn't move at top speed constantly when he's using his cloak. He attacked Madara after jumping meaning he couldn't have used a full speed blitz (Shortest distance between two points is a straight line) and was super obvious about it-Naruto wasn't surprised at all that Madara could react to him, he was surprised that Madara could block a Mini Bijuu Dama-on the other hand Naruto was surprised that A could keep up with him when they had their skirmish.

The scenario I envision is: Minato sprints at Madara with Rasengan. Madara counters with Uchiha Gaeshi. Using the time interval between his Rasengan hitting the fan and the reflection of the attack, Minato places a tag on the fan. Minato either teleports back or is knocked back by the fan. Madara sends a large scale Katon his way. Minato blinks to the marking on the fan and slits Madara's throat before he knows what's going on.

Kurama is on Madara's side and Madara would not be soo cocky in human form

The only way Minato would have a chance is if he released Kurama from the get-go or if Madara was way overconfident and did not know of Minato's abilities

Yes kunais could easily kill madara they could also easily A,onoki and other top tiers in naruto. But the chances of them not being hurt by it or dodging it is simply far greater. Otherwise we would see more kunai use in the top tiers of naruto.

Pride does not stop him from susanoo spam considering he did spam it atleast 3/5 of the kagefight. Perfect susanoo would be out of character which he even confirmed himself. However we have seen him spam susanoo the majority of the fight. He even made wood clones each with a susanoo of their own. That is on top of the fact that a vanilla (without rinnegan/stuff) madara posseses the EMS and thus susanoo caries little to no risk regarding vision. Besides i think he used rib cage in susanoo quite early in his fight ( In fact i think it was right of the bat consering he used susanoo+meteor to 'nuke' the battlefield.)

And dont forget the 17-ish year old metally instable sasuke was able to spam it in every fight in the kage summit without an ems and will do so more with an ems so the 'immense strain'/chakra is not an issue. Especially not for the man who competed someone who made pets out of bijuu.

Not to mention at the start of his fight against naruto as soon as he grabbed the fan a susanoo-like energy radiated from it.

The speed examples were just to show that madara has no problem with speed. He basicly has a Whitebeard-complex. He appears to be one of the slowest compared to top tiers yet easily reacts and fight, and defeats characters who should be way faster then him feat wise.

We all saw A try and blitz him and even succeed. Yet madara still fought/dominated him and the other 4 kages who are no slowpokes. And that is even without mentioning how they got off panneled.

The scenario you envision would be possible. But the problem is nothing prevents him from using rib cage susanoo or its other variants. Which would completely destroy any oppertunity for minato to win this fight.

Note that i am just using madara with only feats which are truely his own(so just sharinhax+katon+reactions) not to mention his possible use of rinnegan (aquired before death)

I even hate debating for madara but its just that susanoo eliminates any threat minato would pose.

Kurama is non factor here. I say Minato beats Madara. All he would have to do is put a tag on him and GG. So Minato wins. FTG is too haxed. What does Madara have other than Susanoo that can beat Minato? Unless Madara starts in Susanoo, he gets blitzed.

Madara is overrated and could've even beat a man WITH the fox. Non-Edo Madara is strong but Minato would just blitz with FTG, unless Madara starts out with Susanoo, then he owns Minato since he would prob be literally untouchable

How does Minato put a tag on Madara with Susanoo activated?
Madara can beat Minato with
-genjutsu (trap him in a genjutsu and get eye contact before he throws FTG kunai)
-Kurama (destoys Gama and while Minato is busy with him Madara uses Katon)

Minato is also overrated

Minato is not blitzing anything unless he starts with a tag on(or kunai near) madara otherwise the only way to even get near him is FTG: Lvl 2.

I couldnt agree with you more that madara is overrated. But minato is not winning this with FTG and an incomplete rasengan.

Even if he places the tag susanoo can be pretty much activated on reflex as sasuke could activate before liger bomb did any real damage and itachi could activate it before getting fried by kirin ( And no i am not saying that it was lightning speed i am saying madara can activate susanoo before any real damage is done by rasengan)
