Chapter 603 is definite proof that Tobi is Tobi.

Obito is not Tobi. Obito is just using the Tobi name.

Tobi is Tobi and will always be Tobi.

Remember how we were all wondering the change in persona between
"Tobi" and "Madara" within Obito?

There was no change in persona. That REALLY was Tobi talking.

I had the stupidest theory, and I am still correct.

Zetsoom is the Original Zetsoo's and is super duper manipulative, as he was not Madara or Obito
Tobi is Zetsoom.
