This is Hooded Tobi with chains. Only difference: has BOTH MS's and has the amount of mastery over long ranged Kamui as Kakashi does. Minato doesn't have to protect anyone, so all of his actions are focused on killing Tobi.

Minato was shown to be able to deflect it into the forest.

not to mention minato released tobis control over kurama before and can do it again

tobi having long range kamui doesnt change much. since minato would be moving so fast the chances of him being caught would be very minimal

since its chained tobi once kurama is gone he has no offesive feats. minato at least has his rasengan

oh and he has toads

True: Minato did release Tobi's control of Kurama BUT!!!!!! Kurama was not at their battlefield

since minato isnt protecting anyone and can just teleport away he wont get hit by the TBB. he'd just FTG away.

while away he can summon toads to try and distract Kurama as he releases him from tobis control

Minato doesnt need to move much. the TBB was not the size of a battlefield to the point where id be a dq just to dodge.

and he doesnt need much time. even if gama is fodder. kurama would need to form another ball to get rid of him

minato just has to teleport and hit tobi. once

Tobi can just stay intangiable for the whole battle. He underestimated Minato

Kurama does not even NEED TBB he just uses his claws and fangs

I don't think that anyone has ever tried to argue that Kakashi could hit Minato with Kamui so the result remains the same-Minato wins.

@PoP: Summoning Kurama would be a huge mistake for Tobi-Minato would break Tobi's control over Kurama with the contract seal like last time and then Kurama would try to kill Tobi, since he hates him and was controlling him. As lolohwd already said, Minato has a counter for TBB.

Edit: Haha at dismissing Gama as fodder-did you forget how Minato summoned Gama on top of Kurama and pinned him to the ground? Gama can at least buy Minato at a little time. Tobi cannot attack Minato if he stays intangible the entire time and I'm assuming that they have the same knowledge as when they had their fight in the manga, so he would not know of Minato's Hirashin Lvl 2.

With Tobi's knowledge he would not let it happen again. Plus he would not underestimate Minato and he would stay intangible. It would be hard to separate the 2 while they are both so close and are attacking

Wait, I thought Tobi got Kurama from Kushina.

If this is a strictly 1v1, wouldn't Kurama not be there?

oh right. in that case minato wins with a well timed rasengan just like before.

minato will close the distance gap in a second eliminating the extra kamui

not to mention he can use frogs on tobi.thought id be unnecessaryb:D

If Obito had both his sharingan this wouldn't go down like last time. Minato and Tobi charge at each other. Minato gets up close and throws the kunai. Tobi uses Kamui, Minato prepared to teleport was caught caught off guard, he has no time to react. War fan to the neck, death on impact.

Last time Minato won by surprising Tobi with a space-time ninjutsu at the last second, this time the opposite happens.

How would the kamui make any difference with with their last fight?
Tobi already tried to suck minato into his dimension and failed.

Minato wins again because there is no significant difference with their last fight.

If Kurama is not here than Minato obviously stomps... Tobi has no offensive jutsu

as of pretty much now he has a spirally fire ball thingy jutsu . Which wont make a difference anyway :P

If Tobi can use Kamui like Kakashi, he will simply use kamui on 4th's kunai.

Last time Minato had to protect the village, his wife, and his child. Obito is not hitting Minato with Kamui because Kakashi hasn't hit anything impressive with Kamui. I see it going down like last time Minato tags him and attacks him whenever he wants to.
