Kishi said Tobi's identity should be released within the coming few weeks back in July, if it isnt revealed next week i'll be surprised. The Taka-Oro adventure has nothing to do with the ongoing war. The war should be wrapped up first or at least come to an even better cliffhanger than Tobi's identity (i.e. Juubi revival, maybe Ch. 600) before Kishi makes the switch to the other ongoing events.

my bet, Tobi = unrevealed character from Madara's age, so Tobi.

Tobi=Tobi. I'm totally not in the mood to see the Kages or Orochi-Sasuke instead. (Tobi=Sasuke Sarutobi has been my personal guess for a while now so i really want to see this reveal)

Kishi has revealed that Sasuke and Naruto will meet during the war. So they'll (Oro and Co) will make an appearance very soon.
