Okay, I watched it. The lack of feats for SSJ Bardock gives this to Goku. But if you went by common sense, SSJ > Base character.

SSJ bardock is only as strong as first form freeza, so depending on what you mean by before the fight with freeza, goku either stomps or gets stomped.

Doesnt SSJ stomp any base form?

Bardock is much weaker then goku in base but wouldnt SSJ be slightly above base goku?
(idk the powerlevels and stuff just using common sense)

It depends..Bardok powerwise and feat wise wasn't very impressive before he bugged out..Chilled absolutely sucked

meanwhile facing final form Frieza before the guy got kinda serious Goku was IIRC being punted through islands..and causing localized tremors

well bardocks powr at the time of his death/time travel shizzle, was 10,000, say he stays at that power, SSJ multiplys their power by 50, so his power would then be 500,000, which is lower then frieza's 1st form (530,000) as seems as goku was keeping up with frieza's final form to some extent, goku utterly stops, not to mention kaio-kenx20

No, based on their combat powers at the time and the ssj multiplier, Goku wont even need kaioken X2
