Create your own Kekki Touta
 

I thought this might be an interesting conversation so I went ahead and made my own and began making this post. So I'll show you what I came up with and keep an eye on what you guys can think of. (The name of the character I thought of using this is my username for anyone who is wondering)
Release Styles: Lightning, Fire, and Wind
General Info:
It is an ocular jutsu similar to the Sharingan, it can anticipate the movements and thoughts of the enemy (Yes it has all restrictions that the Sharingan has as well), it also adds yet another ability although it cannot copy enemy jutsu it can slowly restore the users chakra. It is great during long drawn out battles if the user has great skill with taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu. The lightning attribute of the Kekki-Touta allows the user to draw in nearby static electricity and other electrical attacks and convert them into additional chakra. It makes lightning attacks almost pointless against the user. The wind attribute draws distant static electricity to allow the user to use it for additional chakra. The fire attribute can cause sparks around the user that adds to his/her taijutsu damage and it appears as electrical sparks flowing off the user. The fire attribute also allows the user to copy the Uchiha Clans skill with Fire ninjutsu.
That's all I have on this Kekki Touta for now I may update it a little later but feel free to send comments or add your own.

General Info:
Hurricane Style. It creates extremely powerful storm justus. That not only push and spin you all around, drowns you in water, and shocks you with powerful lightning through the water.
