Inquiry and Licensing Issue

I'm running a game development company and i'm interested to know how does one get rights or licensing permission to use Naruto concept art, skills, etc.. to create a game.

I'm been searching around and even contacted Masashi Kishimoto and have come to no reply.

So you're asking for us to license you?
Well you might have to go to Viz directly or something. We don't license or anything on this site.

:) I'm asking where to obtain the licensing. Since you suggested Viz i will email them to see i get any leads to the correct provider.

In case you don't get a response that way, you can also give us a call at our SF Headquarters. Licensing is one of the department options, and you can leave a voicemail if no one's there to pick up.
