Sakon and ukon jump into Tay and Kidomaru and destroy them from the inside out, then proceed to do the same to Jiboro. Honestly you may wanna give them a bit more room, otherwise Sakon and Ukon cell stomp.

dont they need to draw blood first and they have no knowledge so how would they know how to attack and its not like they are going to go in for the kill with 3ft

Nope. They just need to touch you to get in.
It really doesn't matter the order, they just pop in, eat the liver, and pop out like hannibal lector.

they would still have to blitz into their CS2 mode which would take time. With that time they could
1- gain distance
2- USe webs to capture them
3- go into their own CS state
4- Use genjutsu
5-JUST ATTACK

Sakon and ukon don't need to be CS2 to leech into people, they can do it on base.

and
Kidōmaru can get all of his weapons and webs ready to go and he can hide in a try or summon kyodaigumo

Only he can't. From 3ft none of them have the reactions to avoid sakon and Ukon cell stomping them. Its all on who gets left alive. Probably Jiboro since he would take the longest to break down *snicker*

It would be VERY HARD to attack the others with constant spiders attacking and dangerous weapons flying

not to mention to Doki responding to the SPEED OF SOUND. which the twins are not on that level yet

Doesn't matter on any of your points from a distance of 3 ft.
The twins have speed enough to blitz the rest of the members, none of their attacks will come out before they are cell-stomped. Your ideals are "if they get away".

The problem is they can't. Increase the distance to 15m or something to make it more balanced, because otherwise Kido and Tay don't have even a small chance against Jiboro or Sakon/ukon speed.

the 3 feet distance makes the fight easy for Sakon/Ukon at a longer distance the fight be would a lot different
