Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
Yes, I know this debate is ancient, overdone, and stale, but I am curious as to the forums general opinion on it.
Any stage in pregnancy is fair game. Debate. |
Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
Don't want the baby, that's your business.

Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
^That.
Sometime it's the only thing you can do. |
Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
here's a question, do you think the father of said possible abortion should have a say in whether or not a fetus is terminated?

Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
It actually depends not only of the situation and/or the beliefs of the female.....BUT, to each their own, if a female is hellbent on aborting, let her
and besides, the creature doesn't have the fault, but if a female is raped, and she can't bear it, she indeed better abort, than having the kid and ending up abusing it since it reminds her of the rapist In the end, though, that's the decision of the female and/or the couple, and if she's a minor, her parents |

If you don't want the baby, use your hatred to miscarry. Works. Or here's a hangar. Rape is a different matter. Father should have some say--just as he should have some responsibility if the child lives. Our parenting should not mimic spiders. If you're young and pregnant, and you were willing, then you should have to pay for your foolishness, again with the father included. Know what you have to deal with on delivery day? Crapping your sheets; pushing out a blood-soaked, mucous-covered, smelly fleshball that may tear your vaginal lining because modern medical practice has you in the absolute worst position to deliver a baby; and having something latched to your tits for the better part of the day while you think on all your upcoming financial troubles. Suitable punishment indeed. Or you could send your baby to an orphanage so it can labor under the assumption that its parents are dead instead of unwilling/unable to rear it (as would happen if left for adoption)--he may even get adopted instead of spending his childhood in foster care!:D Or you could take some pills to neutralize the leech. After-birth abortions are OK on a per-basis only approach. Hitler was aborted righteously, for instance. Or I could wait until I'm in better straits and post something relevant, but I think I'll stick by this. |

Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
i think it should be up to the mother, it could be a danger to the health of the baby and/or the woman. and even if it was mad illegal people would still do abortions on thier own making it even more dangerous

Situational.

Hmm, no true pro-lifers here. Intriguing.

I hope no female that thinks that is a stay at home mom with a working partner that pays for their house, otherwise the irony of that line of thinking might pop their head off were someone to inform them of it. |
Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
To each their own.
And just for the record, anyone who's sixteen and pregnant is obviously not ready to handle a baby unless the rubbers broke (she should also be on the pill anyway) or she was raped. Here's another question: Is abortion killing a baby? |
Re: Abortion: Moral or Immoral?
Immoral.
It's basically murder, those doctors who do it are shallow and twisted persons. |
