The Uchiha Clan Ancestor Had Sage Mode?!
 

Okay, so I'm here to share an interesting thing I noticed while re-reading the chapter where Tobi talks about the Sage of Six Paths and his two sons. I think the Sage's Older Son had Sage Mode. Now, you may think I'm trolling but if you look at the Older Son you'll see that he has thick markings around his eyes, similar to Naruto's Perfect Sage Mode.

This is interesting because it makes sense that he should have it since he is the son of the SAGE of Six Paths. I doubt that this will ever be further elaborated upon in the story, but surely this is something worth discussing, no?

This is the one with the Physical Energy, right? Yeah, it would make sense that he would have easily harnessed the power of Nature Energy. He even could have been the one to teach coming gens about it.

no i think he means the 1 with the mental energy...the younger 1 had physical energy ect.

could be Sage mode but there are other possiblities.
Look at Kankuro, he has markings on his face but he's not in Sage mode, it could easily be paint or so on.
