It doesn't work like that Vermi. o.o He's like a judge basically. Anyways, Ill start it then.

On that afternoon on a rainy day, Kisuke takes refuge in a middle school where he blends in perfectly given the fact that he was also a thirteen year old like the majority of students there. He makes his way to the west wing of the school and locates a gymnasium which seems empty at first. Just then, he scences another spiritual presence within the gym and immeidiatly enters the gym. Once Kisuke is in the gym, he is staring at a dark figure in the distance. He is unable to see the face of the figure for the lights to the gym were off at the moment, but Kisuke did know that he was an arrancar. He then shrugs and draws his katana rather than his broadsword, which was a rare occurance, and dragged it across the gym floor as he slowly walked toward the figure in the distance. After 30 seconds of slowly walking towards the figure, Kisuke sonidos directly in front of him and within that instint places his palm underneath the man performing a handstand. "Home Made Koyaku: Speer Ressonance" Just then from the ground beneath the man, several swords and other sharp objects appear from under him and they would continously grow until they reach halfway to the roof of the gymnasium (70 feet upwards). Simultaneously, Kisuke's palm glows purple for he concentrates his spiritual energy to that exact spot and by doing this is able to catapault above the swords and other objects. He then waits for the mans next move.

Flareion waits in the gym, he senses kisuke coming his way. flareion stands up waiting for him before flareion could notice kisuke already made a move. Flareion jumps quickly to the side n summons his bow made of fire n shoots a arrow towards kisuke. the arrow turns red n splits into hundreds of arrows. the hundreds of arrows multiply constantly into millions of tiny arrows moving at a fast paste

1. Not a lot of detail in your move. =/ Just jumping to the side makes it a boring move.
2. Does the arrow do anything specail? I see that your bow is made of fire, lolz. Add something specail to the arrow.

Mostly just add a lot more detail into your move.

Kisuke shrugs and shakes his head in dissapointment as he sees the man dodge his attack by simply jumping to the side of it. He then notices that the man then makes a move afterwards that incorpirates a hundred arrows reproducing more and more arrows constantly at a fast rate. Quickly, Kisuke extends his right hand a cubic shaped object made of purely spiritual energy appears in front of him which rages in a blue and red aura. As the arrows come close, the box vaccuums it into it and releases it out of another side of the box which happens to be down ward. Kisuke then sonidos below to the man, appearing behind him. Then within that instint, Kisuke attempted to grab the man's neck and concentrate an enormous amount of spiritual energy towards that spot.If sucessful, he would then jump up into the air with the man in his grasp and put the man above him and drive him through the barrage of arrows. Once through that, Kisuke would smirk evily and try to toss the man into the air; above the blades and other sharp objects that he had previously summoned. Kisuke then sonidos above the man and in that moment his body is envoloped in an enormous amount of spiritual energy that shines a golden yellow. Then he would try to blaze down into the man's stomach whcih would force him down into the blades while saying "Phoenix Rain: Sparrows Perch!"
