Both are swordsmen of the mist, so they're bound to be both good at kenjutsu in their own right. Zabuza's sword probably helps him much better than using some kunai though, as he won't get sliced by the spikes that are known to come out of its wrapping in Kisame's sword.

As far as taijutsu skill is concerned, Kisame went up against and eventually overwhelmed base Gai, who is a taijutsu expert. Zabuza's main fighting style is to sling his huge sword and overpower the enemy, which won't do very well against Kisame who has been quoted to have abnormally large strength even in comparison to Zabuza. And if taijutsu doesn't work, Zabuza has to either use his silent killing method or use his water style in an attempt to overpower him through ninjutsu.

As a fellow swordsman, Kisame surely knows about silent killing in its own right. He'll know just how dangerous it can be, and will make sure not to waste any time. Seeing as how this is a beach, Kisame could just ditch and swim underwater to safety. Alternatively, he could just flood the place and fuse with Samehada, so he search for Zabuza underwater while being safe from Zabuza's blade.

Water Release would be Zabuza's trump card, but he's using it on the wrong guy. Not only can Kisame use better ones, but he can use a lot more than Zabuza can. This method is the most likely to get him killed. If Kisame decides to use HIS trump cards, well it's all over. Add in chakra leeching and i'm even more confident that Kisame takes it.

i dont know Kisame seem's stronger plus alot more chakura so he can do more and stronger justu

I am pretty sure that being a Swordsman of the mist, Kisame would know how to counter Zabuza's Silent Killing. And Silent Killing is the only thing Zabuza would have had on him.

kisame will definitly take this with his massive chakra supply and has samehada, the strongest of the seven swords

Kisame mid-tier S class, Zabuza high A class we could just call it there but everyone has pretty much explained why Kisame wins in detail: more techniques, better at kenjutsu, better sword, stronger, more chakra. Kisame would be Zabuza's worst nightmare.
