When did non filler episodes start back up?

i haven't watched Naruto anime in a looong time due to all of the fillers of late. Just wondering when they ended and the canon episodes started back up again?

for confining jinchuuriki arc..i believe it starts at ep 243
u should watch the young guy and young kakashi in ep 241..i think...
