Temari vs Guren
 

OK here are two people who's jutsu's I am very fond of, Temari and Guren, two very strong Kinouchi with some class A jutsu's but who do you think would win between the two in an all out fight?

The rules are use what you know about the two, anime or manga it doesn't matter. I say thing because I am not sure if Guren was ever in the Manga or not.

If you haven't seen it but there is a possibility that it could happen because of what you know about them then that is cool too.

However for those of you who don't know who Guren is, she was like the main enemy for the most part in the three tails arc so you can go ahead and watch that it you are not familiar with her.

Both have not used a drop of chakra before the fight

They don't know anything about the other person's jutsu

They are in a forest with a huge lake in the middle of it

They start about the same distance away that Temari and Tenten were during the chunin exams in the middle of the lake.

Depends on distance, but give the edge to Guren, particularly if they are close.
Don't think Temari has any attack that stops her form being turn into a crystal.

And given the relative weakness of Temari's wind attacks, in can only chop down tress in large pieces, I'd say Guren could protect herself in crystal in a pinch.

50 meters = Quick Beheading Dance. If they were closer together, Temari might lose, but Guren gets sliced and diced from any reasonable distance.

Failing specification by the OP, the assumed distance is 50 meters.

Hmm... I'd say Temari takes this since we're assuming the distance is 50 meters. I agree with you Cult, if they were closer, Guren may have a chance. But from 50 meters, Temari would slice Guren up before Guren could touch her.

Maybe that is assuming that Temari could even hit Guren and not accidentally hit a crystal clone.

Assuming Guren can create a crystal clone before being killed like a thing that gets sliced to pieces by a flying weasel wielding a scythe.

Anyway, there's nowhere for Guren to hide, so unless she happens to have the ability to become invisible, it's gonna be pretty obvious where she is.

Maybe, you might be right about that it depends on where they are, but I don't really think that distance will give Temari a complete advantage because of some of the moves that Guren can use like the Crystal Release: String of Glory or the Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Labyrinth Technique.

Those two are just an example of dangerous moves that Guren could use at a distance.

And it has been proven that her crystals can withstand more than one rasengan, the sting of glory can for sure.

Guren was fighting against Kakashi and was holding her own. Temari's wind techniques are impressive but I don't think she will be able to cut crystal

Given that Guren can set up a crystal that resists even rasengan, she can easily protect herself from any of Temari's attacks. Once Temari wears herself out, crystallize her.

Now think about it I'm not saying that she could, however; there is a possibility that if Guren had the mind to, that could simply just crystallize Temari's fan and the and shatter it which from what I know about her attack would disintegrate her fan.

And even if she weren't able to shatter the fan, crystallizing it alone would cause Temari some serious problems, because I don't know if Temaris is even capable of doing any type of jutsu without her fan.

I guess it would depend on rather Guren decides to crystallize it when the fan is open or not because, if it's open then she might still be able to use wind jutsu's, but I'm not really sure. However if it were still open while crystallized I think the crystal might make the fan heavier than Temari is used to.

I mean from what I know Gurens jutsu can turn any solid matter into crystal like water and earth, but it can't turn things like wind lighting or fire, but it can defend against them.

If I remember correctly, it is a summon and that takes time, then she actually has to wave her fan, etc. In the entire time it takes to summon for Temari, Guren has crystallized her or at least uses a crystal shield which blocked Rasengan therefore could block her wind easily.

Actually guren does have a few moves that could reach long distance or at least cover a large area.

Like the Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Labyrinth Technique or the Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Wall Eighth Formation

She also has moves that could protect her from Temari's attacks like Crystal Release: String of Glory which could also attack Temari while she is being protected.

Maybe before e continue you should probably take a look at her moves and ad up o them.

Personally I think that if her crystal's can take more than one of Naruto's rasengan's then I'm pretty sure that it can take Temari's wind attacks.

The sad thing is Guren as a filler character is both more interesting and has better attacks than 90% of Kishi's female characters.

Oh so that's why my link keeps disappearing.

But it is true I do love her jutsu.

I wonder why they didn't go ahead and make her an actual character in the manga?

You know I like them both and I put them against each other because I like both of their jutsu's but the more I think about it the more I really don't think Temari can win.

Even though its 50m Gurren can simply protect herself.But not for long.
